The Von Dutch 40 foot is an  icon of the Miami high life ,the perfect compromise of comfort and performance, and is now available exclusively through Theodoli marine group and Charter Miami beach, boosting 1 comfortable stateroom with its own flat screen Tv’s and in suite head with hot and cold showers, , beautiful airy  saloon, the large convertible seating area aft transforms to a very comfortable sun-pad, and a very spacious forward sundeck as well. Includes a centerline transom locker equipped with hot and cold shower and storage, outside wet bar, U-line ice maker and cooler, in the cockpit,
The Von Dutch 40 comes with a crew of 2 (captain and stewardess) and is inclusive of local fuel, soft drinks, bottled water and ice.

Accommodation

She can accommodate 2 for overnight stay and up to 12 for cruising and can be chartered for half, or full day charters as well as longer term charters to the Bahamas or the Florida Keys.

Water Sports

She is also equipped with, snorkeling equipment and water floating devices.

Entertainment

Audio Video integration throughout the boat with full Apple® products compatibility. Flat screens TVs in every cabin.

• Per Federal USCG regulations, a maximum of 12 passengers, are allowed.
• We love animals and would feel very ill if they were to get motion sickness. Therefore no pets are allowed as a general rule.
However some yachts are ok with pets , so please ask which ones.
• All vessels come with full emergency equipment and first aid kits, guests with known allergies or medical requirements, please bring extra medication should an emergency arise.
• Pick up time is up to you; your charter begins at the convened signed Charter Agreement time.
• Feel free to bring your own alcohol and food without any hesitation.
• Children are welcomed on board and are counted as a passenger regardless of their age.
• 7% tax and 15% gratuity will be automatically added to your total.
• Payment is due ten days before your charter date
• For charters over $5k a wire transfer is required
